- On 10 May 2024, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) authorised the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Bonos Euro, FI with Sabadell Bonos Inflación Euro, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company
