- On 17 November 2023, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) authorised the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Horizonte 02 2026, FI (Previous name: Sabadell Garantía Fija 16, FI) with Sabadell Garantía Extra 23, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company.
