- On 23 January 2026, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has authorized the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Rendimiento, FI with Sabadell Garantía Extra 27, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company.
