Notice of merger by absorption of the following Investment Funds:
Merger of Sabadell Garantía Extra 30, FI
- On 23 May 2025, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has authorized the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Garantía Fija 21, FI with Sabadell Garantía Extra 30, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company.
