- On 24 January 2025, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) authorised the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Rendimiento, FI with Sabadell Garantía Fija 20, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company.
