Cartera Sabadell

Cartera Sabadell is a discretionary and individualised portfolio management service of Collective Investment Institutions (CII) provided by Banco de Sabadell. It is managed with a global approach, investing in CIIs of the Amundi Group and other international managers, with positions in all kinds of financial assets and geographical areas.

From only 500 euros you can invest in a diversified modelo portfolio of Funds and you can make regular contributions from 50 euros, which facilitates the progressive building of financial assets.

The Sabadell Portfolios promote environmental and social characteristics (article 8 of the SFDR Regulation*), as the selection of Funds takes into account not only economic and financial aspects but also the ESG criteria.

Choose the portfolio that best fits your profile

There are three types of portfolios: Cartera Sabadell, Cartera Sabadell Plus and Cartera Sabadell Privada. For each of these types, up to five strategies with different levels of risk are proposed.

Cartera Sabadell

Cartera Sabadell Plus

  • From 20,000 euros. 
  • Comprising a selection of Funds from the Amundi Group and other renowned international Fund Assets Managers. 
  • 5 strategies. 
  • Fixed fee of 0.65% per annum, charged semi-annually*.
  • Performance fee of 10%**.

Cartera Sabadell Privada

  • From 100,000 euros. 
  • Comprising a selection of Funds from the Amundi Group and other renowned international Fund Assets Managers. 
  • 5 strategies. 
  • Fixed fee of 0.60% per annum, charged semi-annually*.
  • Performance fee of 7%**.

*On the value of the Managed Portfolio. The basis for calculating the established fixed fee will be the average of the daily effective value of the Managed Portfolio on each of the days the Contract 
is in force. The amount of the fees will be increased, if applicable, with the corresponding VAT or tax established by current legislation. By default, the charge of fees will be made through the sale 
of shares of positions in the Portfolio, subject to taxation according to the tax regulations in force at the time of the transfer. 

**The performance fee will only apply to the positive revaluation obtained during the period only when the final value is higher than that achieved in any of the 3 previous periods.

In Cartera Sabadell Plus and Cartera Sabadell Privada there is also the option of only management commission, being 0.85% per annun, charge semi-annually (without comission on profits).
